Everything is covered from the largest industrial factory unit to a small 2 table office, here we have cleared it all hundreds of times already.  When we carry out clearances of this nature we recycle where possible and we do this by donating items to charities scattered throughout Ayrshire and beyond. Then all items that cannot be resold or donated gets disposed of at local waste management sites.

Well this changes from job to job. We work out what, if anything can be resold and then we see what can be donated to local charities and other organisation's then we are left with the waste, the junk and this is where the majority of the costing comes from as this we have to pay to dispose of and disposing of waste is not cheap.

So then we have the waste bill to pay and obviously the labor and fuel bills to add up and then we deduct the sales and then we are left with the price for your clearing job.
